We were hurricane evacuees and traveling with a pet. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. This is an older property but comfortable and well located. Free breakfast was a real bonus - generous and delicious!

I wish I would have known about this property during the four years my daughter was at school at FSU! Other than the cost during graduation weekend, I’m sure they would be super affordable for the value. Comfortable, clean. The staff were very service oriented and nice. The free breakfast was as expected as standard fare - hot, well prepared, didn’t run out towards the end of the time. My husband said he appreciated the shower pressure! Definitely recommend for all future out of towners visiting their kids at FSU.

We had an excellent stay, our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot & cold with cold boiled eggs, yoghurt and little cartons of milk available in a separate counter top fridge fresh fruit is also available together with either an individually wrapped muffin or sweet pastries. We were offered a cold complimentary 500ml bottle of water upon arrival which is a nice touch. There is an excellent supply of teabags and hot water together with a self serve coffee machine available 24/7 just in front of reception in the seating area. In the afternoon there is also a large glass jar of complimentary cookies to have with your hot drink. We felt safe staying here and will defo stay again. Good sized car park with plenty of spaces.

Convenient, very clean, great parking, and really wonderful staff! Excellent breakfast included - scrambled eggs, bacon, French toast, and superb coffee. A small detail I appreciated was that the lobby played really nice instrumental music, not loud pop. It was a really great stay!! I have tried many hotels in Tallahassee visiting my children at FSU and I have not been thrilled by any - Marriott, Hilton, Doubletree, and Indigo and I overall meh and they were considerably more expensive and louder. I will be back to the Best Western Plus for sure!

The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and kind, I got two free waters, they had free cookies that were actually pretty good, and there was coffee and tea and the lobby as well. Parking was easy, Peezy, and everything was overall clean.

The check-in process was so easy. We arrived early, and they let us do an early check-in, no problem. The receptionist was one of the kindest, most accommodating hotel receptionists I’ve ever encountered. The actual room was impeccably clean and smelled amazing. The bathroom was huge for the suite. All so clean and fresh. And the free breakfast was the cherry on top the next morning !!

Everything was above expectations. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The grab bars in the shower were well placed.
